"The person who was supposed find out my out of pocket expense put me on hold for 40 minutes. Actually the facility has an agreement with Aetna w.r.t maximum out of pocket expense. hence, it should not have taken this long. However, she put me on hold and never apologized for the hold time. When confronted about this, she started complaining that i was wasting her time and put me on hold again for no apparent reason. Her name is Rosalba. It finally took me an hour and a half to finalize the appointment. Highly disappointed with my experience."

"I needed to have Mohs microsurgery on my cheek (on my face) to take off a small area of squamous cell skin cancer. I am a person who has had no surgery or stitches before and I hate pain, so I didn't know what to expect. Everything went very smoothly! Dr. Platzer and his nurse Jerry, who have been working together for years, did a great job -- it was very quick and they were very pleasant. I had no pain during the surgery (and getting a few stitches) and also after I went home! It's now two weeks later and my cheek is healed -- you can barely see the line on my cheek where the cutting was done and the stitches were. Thank you, Dr. Platzer and Jerry, for doing such a great job!"
