Primary Care Doctors - South Daytona, FL

"Unfortunately I did not have a chance to see Dr. Gierbolini because of his staff member Amy who refused to call the number on my insurance card to verify coverage. She insisted that the only way she could verify coverage is online which I know is not true. I have Aetna PPO which provided me with Dr. Gierbolini's information as a provider within their network. I've already seen doctors in this area such as dentist who just called the number on the back of the card to verify my coverage and so forth. Poor Dr. Gierbolini will miss out on patients and more importantly patients needing care will not have an opportunity to be seen by a great doctor (my mom is a patient here for 25 years). Amy needs to be more professional and people centered if she desires to work in the medical field. I am VERY upset and disappointed with this experience. "
