"I have never been able to reach the office directly. Calls are routed to a call center. When you tell them you need to speak with the dr, the office manager, or anyone at the office they will put you on hold for 45 seconds then tell you they were not able to reach anyone but they will take a message. Ive left many messages and never received a return call. My husband went to the office to speak to someone about it. Brandy, the receptionist told him theyve had many complaints about the call center and would have the office manager, Amanda, call us. No surprise, no call. I had a procedure scheduled, went in at the appointment time, filled out a ton of paperwork, waited 2 hours, was finally called back just to be told someone in the office got the wrong procedure approved so they "cant do anything today." Dr Le apologized in person. I love dr le, but the call center is so bad it negates anything positive i could say."
