"Hygienist did not thoroughly clean my teeth, talked too much with hands waving sharp instruments around and would not properly allow me to use suction tube to suck water and dental debris out making me swallow it. X-ray tech did a five-year X-ray without my authorization when only should be one year. I bring my crown in that just fell off needs glued back on. Mark picks up my crown then tosses it across the floor breaking it, so it no longer fits. It was so obvious Mark did it on purpose. Mark then happily gives me a bill to do new crown for over thousand dollars. Office still using Covid as an excuse by scheduling return cleaning eight months out instead of normal six months. Mark and his office seemed more concerned about making money off my insurance and out of my pocket than the welfare of me as a patient. One visit was enough. I will not be back!!"
