"My son has demonstrated issues with food allergies from early on (about one month old). Most are gut intolerances, however he does have a few that have produced some splotchy red skin on his face as a baby. We were referred to dr Perez for allergy testing. She is incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. My son received scratch testing for common allergens, and knowing my fear/hesitation about introducing new highly allergenic foods to him, she offered to allow me to trial things like peanut in her office under supervision which gave me so much peace of mind. She was also helpful in regards to the gut intolerance foods, sending me articles and info about how to trial those foods safely for reintroduction into his diet. 10/10 recommend this office! "
