"I was referred to Dr. Green because a CT scan showed I had nodules in my throat, but Dr. Green did not check my throat and refused to look at the CT images the nurse who made the appointment told me to bring. Instead, he wrote a prescription for allergies I didn’t need or ask for and charged me a copay. For over 2 months after the appointment I had to constantly check in with the staff to find out why the CT scan reports Dr. Green said I needed in order to be evaluated and diagnosed were never requested. Complete incompetence. A waste of my money, time and I still don’t know what’s going on in my throat. "
