Pain Medicine Specialists - Melbourne, FL

"I've been a pain management patient for nearly 18 years now. Unfortunately, I've experienced three offices other than this one in as many cities. I've been a patient in this office for over a year now and I am happy with the services provided by Dr. Patel and his PA's. The wait time from check in to being called back averages about 3-7 minutes, even on a busy day. They don't double/triple book appointments. Once called back to an exam room, the average wait is about 2-5 minutes before the MD or PA comes to the room. My entire appointment takes 30 minutes from arrival to departure, at most. I appreciate that I am not spending half a day at an appointment each month. The staff has always been friendly to me, and I connect well with the PA who sees me each month. The only reason I gave only 4 stars for the category of "office and staff" is the ability to connect to someone by phone. Before now I would have only given 3 stars for this same reason, but recently their phone system was updated, and this problem is being addressed. At least they recognize the need for better phone communication. Not everything can be handled timely through the patient portal, but most things can. All in all, this office deserves a great rating and review. "
