Please don't forget that the office staff are only human and as all doctor's offices are busy we have to take that into consideration when setting up appointments. My experiences... everytime I've called, they have set up an appointment immediately that day for me and or forwarded the call to the department I needed. They are extremely accommodating with their scheduling and/or give you truthful wait times."
