"I have been going to Dr. Morris's office for seven years now. While she provides a premium service to see her on an ongoing basis, her Physician Assistant, Natalia Harvey is who I typically see and she is amazing. I do see Dr. Morris every time I go in and she's very cordial and sweet and asks how I'm doing and if I'm having any issues. She consults with Natalia on everything. They have a wonderful team with a more modern office to take vitals and perform routine exams and advanced tests. They have specified vitamin regiments based on your blood work and overall mental wellbeing. I highly recommend this office!"

"I have known Dr. Laura Ziton for at least 15 Years. She is the Best Primary Doctor I have ever known. She is very, very knowledgeable about your health, medications, and will sit and listen to you and give you frank answers. She is very busy, because she is so good. That being said, if you're in a hurry, go somewhere else, you're not going to be missed by me or the other patients that have the patience to wait. It's fine, as I plan for the wait."

"The nurse practitioner Erica, started off by telling me she would not be there much longer. I went for two issues, a post op which she didn't bother to check and fmla papers which I was advised that the doctor would determine if she could when I made the appt. Just to be told by the nurse practitioner that the doctor does not "generally" complete these forms. Why are we speaking in generalities? I am referring to a speciic issue. Which one is it? If I had been told the doctor generally did not do these and that the nurse practitioner would be leaving and wouldn't bother checking my incisions then I would not have made an appt. She couldn't fill out my forms "generally" but she could prescribed me sleeping medication specifically because medication is what I apparently need, not time. But co pay is always collected promptly. What a joke. I must say the office staff has also changed since I began. What used to be a lovely experience can now be likened to getting a tooth extracted. During another visit, I was charged for a visit I canceled and was advised the day of the occurrence that i would be given a credit only to be spoken to rather nastily by someone else on the day of my actual visit advising me I had a co pay. I advised that I spoke with someone else and they said they would notate the chart. To which the response was "well she is not here". And then the person proceeded to stand there as if this would make a differencence to me. What made it worse is that no one was getting my chart ready as if I would not be seen for a pre-op appt I must add. After some time, the nurse finally told me to have a seat (and I am assuming decided to do her job) at which point she comes out the door and tells me what I already knew. During this exchange I am preparing myself to present the charge showing on my statement when i noticed I was charged slightly more (I will admit it was not much) but it was more than my co-pay). When I inquired about it, I was told that the girl who input my card information (even though my appt was canceled) saw I had a small balance and tried to call me but could not reach me (that's funny because I have updated my number and had several telahealth appts on my current number). Instead of waiting to see me (which I was an active patient) and advising me of the additional balance they took it when taking the copay they should not have. I advised that this is never to be done without my consent again, I don't care about the amount. (Can someone also tell me how the front desk person did not know i paid but was able to tell me the scenario for which my card was charged and also able to tell me why the additional charge occurred?) Yeah right. My experiences prior to these recent experiences were always very good and my interactions with prior nurse practitioners and staff (who are all no longer there) had been great. My interactions with Dr. Hamawy have always been wonderful, however she needs to become aware that the people she hires represent her and currently they are doing a very poor job."

"They refused to give me an appointment based on my vaccination status. Those actions are discriminatory coming from a doctors office!"

"I wanted to express my concerns in hopes of possibly sparing someone else from wasting their time and receiving no answers. First and foremost, I want to start out by saying that I was only looking for a new provider due to the distance of my current care provider, and it not being feasible for me to travel the distance anymore. Anyhow, after arriving to my first appointment 15-minutes early as common courtesy, I was filling out the required new patient paperwork. I was called back to the patient room to receive my physical before my appointment time. Although I still had been completing out the patient forms, the doctor was still preforming the necessary procedures for a physical. Upon filling out the paperwork, the Doctor stop everything she was doing to ask if I was vaccinated and continued to lecture me on importance of being vaccinate, as well as informed me that her whole family was. When I told Dr. Hurwitz that I wanted to get my blood type as part of my physical, she scheduled an in-house lab appointment, per my request. My appointment was very rushed because the Doctor was on her way out. I went back two different times for lab appointments due to the initial request never being made on the Doctors part (according to the Lab Tech) and secondly, errors being made by the Lab Tech in having to differentiate a specific container type, in order to direct my blood to the proper facility. My first appointment had been rescheduled with only an hour advance notice. When I came in, none of the office staff knew what I was talking about, as I informed them of my appointment and that I was here to see the doctor, they scattered around the office because the Doctor was not in that day. I informed them that I was here to get lab work done. They immediately said "Well then you don't have an appointment with the doctor", as I was not aware that the Doctor would not be the one to withdraw my blood, since I was not informed of this, but have had this preform several times in the past by my original primary Doctor. Additionally, an appointment is an appointment and it should be on file as to why I was there to begin with. Next time a patient should be educated on this and office personnel should not assume a patient knows. Proceeding forward, as I went in to get my lab work completed, I reiterated to the Lab Tech that I was here to get my levels and specific blood type. She assured me that this was what the script was written up for, (ON BOTH OCCASIONS). My original appointment for blood work was on 10/15/21, and lets just say, still to this day, I was not able to obtain my blood type. When calling the office, a staff member never answers the phone and if they did, you would be re-directed or kept on hold for more than 20 minutes. I tried several times to get a hold of the Doctor, only to have her assistant tell me she will call me back (but never did) or was out of the office. When eventually getting to speak with her, after several attempts, Dr. Hurwitz wanted to set-up a Zoom meeting with me. After I told her assistant to relay the massage back to her, that I don't need to set up a Zoom meeting with her and that I just simply needed to speak with her to discuss my concerns and get some answers; specifically knowing what my blood type was, Dr. Hurwitz than decided to take my phone call. As I proceeded to speak after finally touching basis, I just kept getting interrupted and Dr. Hurwitz insisted to keep talking over me saying this is a new office, as if that were a good enough reason for all the dysfunction. Conclusively, I never been to a professional medical healthcare facility where it felt like I couldn't put my trust in their hands. Very disappointment with the treatment of the Doctor and the office staff. I will not be returning! "

"I was seeing this doctor for years, only to have my last several visits go so wrong. The atmosphere is sadly unprofessional. The walls are thin, the doctor will leave the room with a smile then loudly talk to staff about the patient. Usually they are punitive about how many refills he will offer because he didn't like something the patient said. Or, he will say that he will just keep that patient waiting. I am not sure if the staff and doctor think the patients can't hear them or if they are fully aware, and that is the actual point. I decided that was enough for me, the fourth time this occurred. On another note, the billing office is supposedly external and they never get it right. Billing codes are wrong, or they don't understand simple Explanation of Benefits and how things are worded on them. They misbill all the time."

"I have seen this doctor a handful of times over the past few years - today was the worst experience yet. Went in with some very specific issues to be both examined and discussed. He was clearly disinterested as evidenced by his condescending attitude and lack of eye-contact. He either minimized the few things I expressed concern about or shifted the topic to a different issue...even said he didn't know what the lumps that have shown up on my skull within the last week are from and why I'm having headaches that won't resolve, so I asked who/what type of doctor would he recommend I see for something like this and he said he didn't know. Pushed both my hands away when I attempted to show him where the lumps were on the sides of my head. Very curt and arrogant, no "bedside manner", no sincere interest in his patients well-being. All factors considered, I question his competence. Needs to retire!! Will not return and do not recommend - only gave him 1 star as it was the minimal rating available."
