Emergency Medicine Doctors - Macclenny, FL

"My sister was transported by ambulance to the Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital ER; in Macclenny, FL from a severe fall. This is the WORST hospital I have ever been to and Ahmed Abdelmagid is the worst doctor and staff is like an uncaring zombie. She was complaining about her knee and her neck and back and the doctor only did an X-ray on her knee but refuses to do an X-ray on her neck and back. He comes across as a NARCISSIST who can care less. This doctor and I use that word lightly, is the worst excuse of a medical care provider and is in the wrong field. He never even prescribed her any medications for her sever pain. He did not even accurately complete the discharge paperwork indicating she was in severe pain on her neck and back. He is a joke. I simply asked him why they are not doing an X-ray on her neck and back and he catches an attitude and starts saying he is the doctor and its no need for it. My sister and I complaining to the nurse about symptoms and possible reactions to the medication they gave her and the nurse sits there as if she is mute.. No response, nothing. I will be filing a formal complaint with the health department and we are going to another ER when we leave this place."
