"During my general checkup in September, 2021, I asked Dr. Aloupis if there was a treatment to get rid of my laugh lines and lip lines. She said that hyaluronic fillers would do it. After some thought, I made an appointment for October 19, 2021, to have the fillers. The before and after pictures showed very little difference. My cheeks were only slightly fuller. The laugh and lip lines were still there. I didn’t express my total disappointment then, hoping it would improve in a few days. When none of my family members nor friends noticed anything different about me, I called Dr. Aloupis’ office to speak with her. I was told that she didn’t have time for phone calls! I then made an appointment to see her on November2, 2021. When we looked at the before and after pictures during this appointment, we could see very little difference. She said that I would need a facelift to get rid of the lines. She should have told me that originally rather than recommending fillers which cost just under $2,000.00. I asked her for a partial refund which she refused, citing all her costs with no regard for my outlay for nothing. She offered me some products which I reluctantly accepted. I consider Dr. Aloupis to be unethical."
