"I was originally looking for a primary and when I called Cano Health, they assigned me to her (I wanted the other doctor there). I accepted because I needed A doctor fast for knee pain and an annual. When I was at the appointment it took 45 minutes to get to the nurse to do vitals and what have you then waited another 15 only to be seen by a MED STUDENT not even the doctor. That in itself was upsetting and I said as much on a survey. I was called the next day by the care manager who seemed sorry, and convinced me to finish up my labs and ecg. They scheduled a follow up because they want to charge you for the doctors visit. I was able to see my lab work on Saturday and noticed high cholesterol and an extremely low vitamin D deficiency. So I was eagerly awaiting my appointment so I could assuage my anxiety as well as get a game plan to up my vitamin D levels and lower cholesterol.
