"I was preparing for back surgery. Went to get blood work and EKG. Went for follow up the following Wednesday 2 days before my surgery Bloodwork was not complete and they redid it knowing I had surgery in 2 days and was assured that the labs would get to the hospital. It did not and hospital had to redo all tests. They easily could have denied my surgery Contacted office and asked for manager or Dr brown and never received call until the following Monday This is one of many issues I have had with Archwell as prior medication was not reordered with proper dosage and it took days to get a return call Will be looking for new doctor I did like her and would recommend she disassociate herself from this company as it is a reflection on her care "

"Would you trust a "Medical Doctor" willing to risk your life out of foolish pride? I have Polycythemia, a rare blood condition that causes my body to produce too many Red Blood Cells (RBC). I have been treated for this condition successfully for many, many years. As a part of my treatment I donate blood on a weekly basis. Not only does this therapy improve my health, it helps many others who need to receive blood in trauma and other emergency situations. In order to donate, once a year I need my prescription to be renewed. Due to a life event I was unable to donate for approximately 1 month. When I returned home and resumed donations my hemoglobin level was extremely high and unsafe. My prescription was also expired. Dr. Roose refused to renew my prescription and would only refer me to a Hematologist for care. She was also aware that the wait to see a specialist was MONTHS. She could have simply renewed my prescription and made the referral; however, her pride or lack of professionalism resulted in me having to seek out another provider to help get a new prescription. If you are a current patient of this practice, I highly suggest leaving before you have a critical need. If you are considering this practice, learn from my bad experience and seek out another PCP. Your health is more important that this "doctor" and her foolish pride. "
