"At consultation I saw practitioner, not doctor. I was given a prescription for colon prep that was $90.00. When I called about it I was told that is what the doctor prescribed. At time of colonoscopy he urged me to to get covid vaccine? When finished he said their were some polyps removed and to be sent out for evaluation. They told me I had to have a follow up visit to get results. I was sick at time of followup and called to cancel, could only leave message. Then they billed me for a no show appointment. I called to reschedule and asked if there was something wrong that I needed to come in for, they said they would check. When they called back to schedule they said I needed to come in to see the doctor to go over the results. I asked them to find out if something was wrong and call me back. When I didn't go in they sent my primary care doctor a letter saying I refused treatment. I then made an appointment, it was so important the soonest one I could get was almost 3 months out. When I did go in I saw practitioner that told me nothing was wrong and wanted to set up a consultation visit for my next colonoscopy! When I complained her response was "the doctor requires a face to face consultation after treatment", but I didn't see the doctor?. Had my wife concerned for months because of not knowing results and requirement to see the doctor. Appointment was at 11:00 so I lost an entire day of work. The follow up was only so they could bill $175 for an office visit!!!!! "
