"This is not a review on DR Ramirez but rather on Premier Medical Associates back office staff My son Brandon had a bloodwork scheduled for today with Quest Diagnostics. He goes there only to find out that the bloodwork paperwork was not sent in. Yesterday he called PMA office to make sure they sent in the paperwork, which they said they would, but did not. Once again the office of PMA has not come through. Your level of service and courtesy is disgraceful and disappointing. Otilia is still waiting on her medical certificate that was sent in for Dr Ramirez to sign over two months ago. Still nothing received as of yet. Both of also requested Mail Order for our prescriptions and CVS Caremark has sent me numerous messages complaining that no one responds nor even has the decency to call them back Several times we have had issues with getting referrals or refills completed due to the lack of service by the back office. I’m going to make sure that your CEO is aware of your lousy customer service YES, We all will be changing our doctors all because of the lousy service of the PMA back office. "
