"After sitting in an overly filled waiting room, I finally walked out after 30 mins. There were several other people in the waiting room before I arrived, so there was no telling how long until they would actually see me. The receptionist made no mention when I was checking in that the wait time would be over half an hour. Unacceptable these days to waste people's time like that. Will not be returning. "

"I was extremely disappointed at the service I have received from Sanford Schwartz. I received several services (filling, crown, teeth bleaching) and was unhappy with all of them. Quality of service is poor, attention to the work being done is lacking (several things went wrong which the doctor could have prevented). Slow service,- several times spent more than required amount of time in the dental chair (crown had to be refitted multiple times, doctor unavailable, etc) only to be rushed out of the office at the end that I felt the work was quickly finished without care. One time they forgot that I was waiting for the doctor in the dental chair for hours :) wasn't funny to me at the time. Staff is not knowledgeable, didn't process refund for months and did not want to release dental impression to me that I paid for. I was ONLY happy with the work done by hygienist Elena. She has a great touch, works well and quick and is very thorough. "

"Dr. Hunt's staff is amazing. They are caring, conscientious, confident, and capable. Dr. Hunt himself is rude, arrogant, and curt with patients. Due to far too many occasions with bad outcomes seeing Dr. Hunt, I will find another dental office. I will miss my hygienist. "
