"Tamara up front was very accommodating with my schedule. Shaunell was sweet and gentle when taking x-rays, making sure I was ok along the way. Dr. Folks gave me the most thorough exam I've ever had, using technology and techniques I've never seen before. He pointed out things other dentists have not. He was very detailed in his explanations and very friendly. I came back for a cleaning with Cindy. I was relaxed throughout with numbing gel, music, photos to look at on the ceiling, and useful hygiene education. I almost forgot I was getting my teeth cleaned. Overall the staff is amazing and the quality of care is unmatched compared to other chain/budget dental offices. "

"They performed services without my consent that were not covered by insurance. They then scheduled me for more which I declined however they would not give up so I said okay and then cancelled those services over the phone. The office was dirty and all the paperwork is worded such that they plan on having issues with you. They were not professional and left in the middle of my cleaning to provide xrays to another patient. A routine cleaning ended up taking 2 hours. She would put the gloves on, touch the light or the door, and then put her hands in my mouth. I will never go back to this office. "

"Dr. Stock and his entire team are am example of how a dentist office should be run. They always make you feel welcome and help you to understand your care plan. They always make sure your getting the most out of your insurance. I've visited many dentists in Bradenton over my lifetime. Wish I would have found this office first!"

"I have been very happy with Dr. Meadows and his work with my children. Been going to his practice several years now. This last visit I was disappointed to learn I had to pay for a fluoride treatment as my insurance only covers one treatment a year now. It would be nice to know beforehand that I would be charged for it and the dental hygienist did ask if I wanted it, I just was not aware of the charge since my insurance had changed. Overall very happy with the work and would recommend them."

"Nice staff and Dr. but over priced! Beware they will give fluoride without your permission on each visit even if insurance doesn't cover it, then will make you pay upon leaving. They aren't upfront with their cost."

"I’m sick and tired of chain dental providers who say they accept your Medicare dental coverage and then say you need extensive cleaning and charge you $299. Dr Ittel did a much more comprehensive cleaning and said it was under my Medicare Advantage plan. Everyone in the office and Dr. Ittel are friendly, professional and honest about the dental care you need. Dr. Ittel is absolutely your personal dentist and not a chain dental ripoff. "

"I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lewis! He has been amazing for both my boys. My old son has had some bad experiences with dentists and would break down in tears at the though of going to the dentist. But after 3 visits to Dr. Lewis my son is fine going to the dentist. He loves the Dr. Lewis. Best pediatric dental experience hands down. "
