"Initial visit with Dr. Ahmadi was brief, didn't care to discuss issues until after endoscopy and colonoscopy. Scheduled a month out, the surgery center would call with time. They did not call until late in the day before procedures. Called back several times changing the times. Day of the procedure I waited several hours before being wheeled in. Dr. Ahmadi did not come out and discuss anything with me afterwards. Return appointment to discuss results; Did not have test results and my phone # entered incorrectly, which meant they could not call me to reschedule. Scheduled a teleconference for a week later at 11:45. Phone call several days before to confirm 12:30 appointment? Starting to question this place. Sarah (I believe) called. Started by reprimanding me for it being their third try to connect. I responded that my previous call was dropped. So began the long list of results. After the first one I asked a question and once again reprimanded for interrupting her. I felt she was rude and didn't care one bit about me. At the end of her list, I was able to ask questions but did not receive a caring response more of a snippy response. I tried to explain would prefer more of an organic natural option but she did not seem to understand. Recap-- I asked to meet with Dr. Ahmadi because of my ongoing four months of chronic issues. Briefly met him once and then transferred to Nurse Sarah. They seem incredibly unorganized, uncaring. I will be going to another Doctor that will listen and respect me. "

"I had another doctor that sent me for a test back in November and so I called for an appointment to go over results and they said we will call you. Dr Obi was very interested in knowing about the test and the results. Also talked about my last colonoscopy which come to find out Im over due since I had problems. I just felt relaxed and he seemed interested in what my concerns were. Im scheduled and they could have even done it sooner. Everyone was very helpful from scheduling, signing in and his nurse was also caring and helpful. "

"Doctor was scheduled at 9 AM. at 9:30 they told me she was not in the office and was going to be at least 45 more minutes. I cannot use a doctor who has no respect for my time"
