"Finding another person in this crazy world who takes the time: ~ to not just hear, but instead, genuinely listen, ~not just understand… but make you feel understood and validated! Is almost unheard of. Corina, came into my life and floored me with her compassion, kindness, and non judgmental way. Normally, I can’t just trust and open up to people. It takes me a while to warm up and open up. With her, it took me no time. She takes her time to truly find answers for you. Helps you learn and understand our ways of thinking, can change. She works hard in many ways, to do all she can to help you feel better. I’ve never experienced anyone like her in my life, and she has saved my life numerous times over. If you’re in need of a therapist, you would only be so lucky if you could get in her calendar. I have changed ~ for the better and definitely am a work in progress, on the way to a better me. I always leave our sessions feeling so good, energetic, and ready to tackle a day! She makes me a better person. I’m forever grateful. Do not hesitate. "

"I cannot say enough good things about Stephanie and her therapy services. From the very first session, I felt genuinely seen, heard, and supported in a way that is both deeply compassionate and incredibly grounding. Her expertise in women’s health mental health, emotion regulation, and grief counseling is evident in every interaction. She approaches complex, vulnerable topics with clarity, warmth, and respect. What makes her truly exceptional is the way she helps you connect your mind, body, and lived experiences without judgment. Sessions don’t feel rushed or clinical; they feel intentional, safe, and healing. She creates space for honest self-reflection while also offering practical tools that actually help you navigate emotional regulation, stress, and life transitions outside the therapy room. Working with her has led to meaningful, positive changes in how I care for myself; emotionally, mentally, and physically. I leave sessions feeling more empowered, more regulated, and more compassionate toward myself. She has an incredible ability to guide difficult conversations in a way that leaves you lighter, clearer, and hopeful. If you’re looking for a therapist who truly understands women’s mental health, honors the complexity of grief and healing, and helps you build a healthier relationship with yourself and your life, I am so grateful I sat down and took that step with her. It has been one of the most healing decisions I’ve made."
