"During a year of treatment, cancelled over 35% of sessions, often just beforehand. Also changed several sessions from in-person to virtual at the last minute or shortened the session. Did not seem dedicated to clients/profession as many family emergencies, excessive personal issues, and professional development took priority SO often. Because it was "out of her control", kept thinking it would get better. Seemed to take advantage of people-pleasing and inexperienced persons. Initially earned trust with good listening skills, but then "violated" that trust with inability to commit to treatment. While "thankful for understanding", did not seem to recognize (certainly never acknowledged) how anxiety producing this could be for a client who needs and is relying on help. A bit too much discussion of personal life. Did not uphold agreed upon treatment plan. Sometimes failed to return messages. "
