Dentists - Golden, CO

"I feel it is important to warn others about my personal experience with Bozena. Service was poor, the inside and equipment seem to be very outdated and kind of cluttered. I figured not to judge her based on that. She has no knowledge of modern Dentistry. She overcharged me , saying my insurance did not cover what she expected. Later I found out she lied, when I called my insurance they said they do not work with her. Bozena was very agitated and clearly upset, her assistant tried to keep things calm, but eventually gave up and went quiet. Bozena was saying that my teeth were in terrible conditions and that she did not have to fix them for me. It made me feel uncomfortable and based on that experience and just a general discomfort in the office I decided not to go back. Fast forward a year, I just went to another dentist for a checkup. Come to find Bozena didn't actually clean out all of the decay which resulted in the cavity growing exponentially beneath the filling. My new dentist told me this is rare and really shouldn't happen. Lessons learned, if you have a feeling that something isn't right it probably isn't. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT go here."
