Primary Care Doctors - San Quentin, CA

"Horrible experience, she walked in 10 mins late, it was extremely concerning to me when she was coughing throughout our session. Worst though was when she converting my ''annual health check up'' to an ''office check in'' and didnt even tell me - she only talking about my quitting smoking, something i just happen to mention i do in one of those check-in forms. So dodgy (definitely not recommended for PCP), not human-centered, and very little interpersonal EQ approach. I had even told the staff the moment i entered that I am here for an annual health check up yet this doctor didnt do an annual check up and just focussed on my prior medical history. I found it strange when it was happening but a few weeks later I finally realized why, it was so she could bill me for an ''office visit'' (more $) and not an annual health check up( which is why i was there in the first place and had also explicitly let the staff know of this too while booking an appointment with her. + had also told her the same when i met her in her office when she walked in a few mins late). YET, she didnt do her job and didnt do right by me when i trusted her as a new patient to be my PCP. Not the best experience via Aetna/Sutter. Will not recommend."
