Primary Care Doctors - San Jose, CA

"Literally does not respond to messages on portal, email. or text. Oversimplifies problems. Does not address serious issues. Won't even do a physical exam or look at anything. Refuses to collaborate with any of your doctors that are not her referrals. Openly admits to not reading a single thing sent to her about your history. Her office staff is out of her mind. Should not be the one fielding anything as she clearly has zero medical training. Repeated requests about if information/reports/labs are discussed only is responded to with the office staff saying "I go over everything with Dr. Lindsay". Not a single complaint or serious lab/scan was ever even acknowledged. You will be lucky to get a single line answer to any message. Also, is completely behind the times in terms of testing....ran tests that no one would have ever run for a condition for about 30 years. Both her and her office staff will continually push "medical food" on you...which is basically methyl-folate....but not all people tolerate this...will also push on your testing you DON'T need because she refuses to contact your specialists. Do not be fooled, she talks tough but is extremely incompetent, lazy, and her medical knowledge is well behind the times. She had promised care coodination, promised to reach out to doctors I had seen, promised to follow up on abnormal scans....all she did was refer to someone she knew and then left me completely stranded, refusing to call the physicians I already had or read a single thing. STAY AWAY FROM HER. She will ignore your issues, act like you have zero agency of your own health (even though she has not the slightest clue about your rare conditions) and then full on attack you when she is wrong....that is the most dangerous part....her ego attack. Stay away. I guess unless you want vaginal rejuvenation....oh and by the way, I am almost positive she kept zero records of any encounters....I never got a single document (well over a month of requesting my documents, billing statements with random bills). We never saw her ever take down a note more than a single word or line (like when I said stuff she did not recognize), but miraculously I always had a ''treatment plan" that included a medical food within seconds of my appointment. She is a sales person."
