"My procedure was a vasectomy. I am/was a very healthy person, eating right, and exercising regularly. I mention this because I believe it often means faster recovery from trauma, such as surgery. During the procedure, it was painful. It seemed as though excessive force was being applied to my vas deferenes. I left the room in considerable pain, even with high dosage of local anesthesia. The days that followed were worse. I did as instructed with alternating ice and no-ice. I rested too. One of my tesitcles grew to the size of a kiwi, and remained that way for a month, at which time it finally started to heal. In the days following the procedure I consulted Dr Nudell, and he said that sometimes this happens, and there wasn't much we could do. I expressed that I believed it was from not being careful enough, and that I believed he caused a tear or trauma at vas deferens, where it connected to the testicle. He said that he didn't agree, but that he could perform surgery to inspect or undo the procedure. I was not a fan of this idea, so that was the last I saw of him. Again, nice guy, but I would not advise as a practitioner. Lastly, his staff is not responsive. Though all of this, I got the sense that they were avoiding my calls and pleas. I had to play games in order to get through, such as calling from other numbers and not giving my name in order for the staff to return my calls. :( "
