"I have been going to this office for many, many years. I have always seen the nurse practitioner, Pam. my family really love her, she is so good that she should have been a Dr. ( It takes me well over an hour to get to this office) Dr. Gelders was my doctor and Dr.Webb took over his practice when he retired. On Dec 15 I had an 11 am apt to see Dr Webb (1st visit with her) I was 30 mins early because of the weather and wanted to allow myself time) I checked in early but did not expect to be see before my appt time. At 11:15 I had still not been called ( was only one waiting) and went to the counter to ask if Dr was in and if so why I had not yet been called. In a matter of minutes a girl called me and was immediately rude to me. She said you were early. I said I had a long drive and did not expect to be called before my appt but I did expect to be called by 11:15. She rudely said: That's not how it works! We went in room and she told me again you were early, then took my blood pressure etc. I was in room waiting for 45 mins, it was now noon, and then decided I was not waiting any longer. I opened the door to leave after hearing voices in hallway. The Dr was talking to the rude girl and looks at me. She says I am coming in now and I understand you are upset. The Dr then immediately says you were early, I told her I know and did not expect to be called early but at 11:15 I expected to be called since I was only one waiting. I told her that her employees were out there having a party, exchanging cards, eating refreshments etc and after my appt time I went to counter to see if she was in. Dr. Webb then tells me she has been going non stop since 9 am and is running behind. She then starts telling me that she is new and does not know how to do this and that. I don't want to know what she cant do!! I tell her then maybe you should tell your employees to let patients know you are running behind. She then examines me and says she is going to refer me to specialist This appt is to be set up by her employee and I will be given the info. It is now 1/18/17 and I have still not heard anything from them. At end of appt she rudely tells me if you don't want to wait then you need to make your appts to be first one seen in morning or right after lunch. This is not acceptable behavior from a Dr or her employess. I will not go back to see Dr. Webb. The staff needs to have their partys before/after work or on their lunch hour instead of on patients time!! I am currently looking for a new doctor"
