"If you value your time and money, don’t go! I went to Dr. Glenn because I was struggling with acne. She suggested going on accutane. The process requires blood work and monthly check-ups but due to missed deadlines receiving my bloodwork, i kept having to repeat the process, wasting my time and money. Each time I visited I experienced long wait times of over an hour. The last time I waited a ridiculous 3 hours because I had to run to my car for a document and she skipped me. I was so frustrated, I never returned. After trying for a year to get on the medication I gave up. The next doctor I went to was able to get me on the medication by the next visit with no issue or delay. I feel like Dr Glenn was just trying to scam me into spending more money! She was nice but a little off with no eye contact. Her office assistant also made me feel uncomfortable. "

"Dr. Patel is nice and professional. However her office operates with questionable billing practices. They intentionally overcharge you for your copay up front. Even if your stated copay rate with your insurance is $40, they will charge you $60, and later issue you a credit. Also, for a basic procedure such as a biopsy they require an upfront deposit of $250, regardless of whether or not your patient responsibility amount would be much less than this once the claim is processed by your insurance. They say they will reimburse you the difference afterwards. I am opposed to prepaying arbitrary amounts made up by a medical provider with no consideration for my insurance coverage, so I will be finding my care elsewhere."
