"Dr. office asked patience to assign an agreement before receive services, regarding of $35 charge if patient is late for visit or no call no show. Otherwise, Dr office refused to provide services. However, I was waiting 40 mins from scheduled time. Rude office staff. Dr sent me to Quest for multiple lab tests. Nobody print out paper work when I was leaving. There is no test item showing on lab website. I called office and was told they automatically sent over to lab. I called lab the 2nd day and went to Quest Diagnostics, no one receive the lab orders! Tired of talking to staff with a cold tone, not responsible for their mistake, just kicked the ball. I will need a new doctor and staff, who treat patience as treat themselves. "
