"I am so grateful my surgeon recommended Mina Sidarous for physical therapy following my total knee replacement. When you first see Mina, he asks you a lot of questions and LISTENS carefully to your answers. He then creates a program specifically for you, targeting your issues. Each session he begins by checking in with your pain level and location, and any challenges you might have faced since the last session. The atmosphere is always positive and encouraging. Mina pushes you, but he also is sensitive to your limits and is quick to congratulate you on your successes (even if you fall a bit short!) We tease Mina that he can always find “the spot” during the manual part of the session—boy does he! But it never fails that I walk out of there feeling 100 times better than when I walked in. I credit Mina with the speed of my recovery—it exceeded all expectations. I am having my second knee done soon, so I will be back"

"Maricar is by far a best example of what and how a healthcare provider should be. She has a very good demeanor. She would call and follow up to check on you. Unlike most of the therapists and nurses I’ve had in the past, she would spend every bit of time to provide and assist you with necessary exercises and make sure that you have achieved something that day in terms of recovery. Her sweet and caring demeanor radiates a great deal of positivity in you, inspiring you and giving you hope that you would improve and feel better. Maricar is simply the best physical therapist I could ever ask for."

"This provider discriminated against me for being a trans woman. She said very clearly "I don't feel comfortable working with you because I don't have experience with the community [trans people]". To which I replied "So you wouldn't be willing to work with me to gain experience". She said yes. This was completely unrelated to my treatment, I came to her for mental health issues, nothing related to being trans."
