Primary Care Doctors - Sun Lakes, AZ

"I called Dr. Thomas's office on 09/04/2024 at around 9 a.m. I was on hold for more than 20 minutes. I finally spoke with the staff, but She said hello and hung up, I called again 3 times the same voice kept hanging up on me. She was so rude and did not want to help me. So finally, I got someone by the name of Sam, she helped me get my questions answered, and stated she would talk to her Team Lead due to the person hanging up. So at least there is hope and some kindness at this facility. In the meantime, I will not provide services at a place where staff are lazy and rude & do not want to help. The staff should be kind and friendly because we as patients come to see the doctor about our health issues and we already have so many worries about our health, that we need to be help from our doctor. Staff will need to be trained due to the lack of customer service. "

"Dr. Ku keeps up with the medical literature. I work in the healthcare industry and we have good intelligent discussions about my health. He backs up what he says with clinical data without being condescending. I am confident in the choices we have made regarding my therapeutic options. "
