"Very nice doctor informative but office staff is useless. Lost my medication twice.. Botox not cheap then tried to blame me. Absolutely terrible. "

"Office manager still has not called back since April 11th. Everything seems to take no less than 14 days. No sense of urgency, empathy, caring at any level. When you are in extreme pain you don't need your Dr. office making you feel worse. Not being paid for disability due to insufficient information from the Dr. is not acceptable on any level. Aetna started contacting me to get him to give them information. Unprofessional, uncaring and caused so much more stress and emotional distress than any patient should have to deal with on top of the pain, etc. When I asked for a release to go back to work they asked me what should be on the paperwork, such as: should this be a release to normal duty or restricted (which is what the Dr. put on the paperwork) my response was I thought the doctor determined that. Bottom line is I am paying the doctor to take care of my health needs and I should not be making these decisions as I am not a doctor. I will find a doctor that actually cares about my well being for future care."

"If there is a negative star for the office staff, they would receive it. Both the receptionist and medical assistant are less than professional and competent. Was totally turned off because of them. I was pleased with the Doctor and his service but do not believe I will go back because of the incompetence of the staff. "
