"Dr. Patel is by far the BEST sleep medicine doctor I have seen in my 10+ years of using a CPAP machine for my sleep apnea. He was extremely knowledgeable and discussed in depth my full medical history without judgement. Since I was a new patient, he wanted a new sleep study conducted and I was hesitant as it would be my 3rd sleep study. My previous 2 sleep studies were split studies (half the night without the machine and then half the night with the machine). Given I have had my machine and consistently used it I am unable to sleep without my mask on. Dr. Patel was extremely understanding and agreed that we did not need to conduct another split night study! My apnea had worsened when I went for my follow up results and Dr. Patel explained in great detail why this might be the case (I had lost a good amount of weight and was always told my sleep apnea would improve if I lost weight). For the first time in 10 years of sleep therapy, I look forward to going to my specialist! "
