"I became a patient when my previous ophthalmologist wasn't on my new healthcare plan. I was not happy about having to change specialists initially, but once I had an appointment with Dr. Gross, I was amazed with his knowledge, training, and how he evaluated my being his patient, from the bottom, up. I have chronic dry eye issues, and I'm now going to have my cataracts removed, one at a time. He questioned different aspects of my eye care that my other ophthalmologist had never, ever mentioned. I am so grateful to have an ophthalmologist who takes his knowledge and experience farther than other ophthalmologists' that I've had. Dr. Gross is both results-driven and wants to make sure his patient is happy with their care. One thing you may notice, he's a little abrupt at times, but I've been certain to tell him how much I appreciate his thoroughness and knowledge, which I value deeply."

We were told the wait may be long because of short staff & same day appointment but we were seen relatively quick.
