Primary Care Doctors - Harvest, AL

"Recently, I moved my daughter and my wife down to Harvest, AL after accepting a job across the country and purchasing our new home. We are all natives of Minnesota, so we understand the importance of maintaining a healthy standard in our respective communities. That said, we will be changing my daughter's provider to a physician outside of Harvest, due to the lack of respect Shradha Shrestha showed my daughter, Molly, by curbing her enthusiasm in learning from her as a female doctor... ...so much so that Dr. Shradha Shreshtha told my daughter "if you just stop talking, I will give you a sucker". Then went on to belittle her by telling my wife "I'm sure you're happy she will be going to school, to give your ears a break". This comment game from the fact that this appointment was a requirement for Molly to receive her "Blue Card", due to Alabama not recognizing other state's immunization documentation. A week prior, in July, I received my American Red Cross® - First Aid, CPR and AED certification for Adults/Pediatric. And that same week, both my daughter & wife were witnesses to my training saving the life of an epileptic woman unable to come out of her seizure - due to the heat index. Molly was so driven to medically help people (mostly herself with her minor cuts/scrapes), that her and I went through 3 First Aid Kits that week while writing fake prescriptions, wearing uniforms, and most important - learning real medical tips the best way a 4 year old can. My wife gets anxiety from any confrontation and begged me to refrain from addressing the incident. Until last weekend when we were volunteering at 3-Caves in Huntsville, and ended up meeting a family that went through the exact same level of unprofessional behavior from this doctor that seemed so promising with her 2nd clinic recently opening in Harvest. I understand that not every physical has the ability to humor the children while diagnosing. But adhering to the signs or "symptoms" of a child's health is your job. The fact that Shraddha Shrestha thought her comments would be funny to my wife indicates that she may be used to a lesser style of parenting in Alabama. "
