Many of the families I work with are made up of loving but burnt-out parents who feel disconnected from their child — and children who are struggling to feel understood. I’m passionate about helping families who want to reconnect but feel stuck. My approach combines evidence-based methods with a deep respect for each family’s unique cultural background, values, and traditions.. Having lived in multiple countries—including Uzbekistan, Egypt, Pakistan, and Japan I bring a deep respect for cultural differences and the unique experiences of every family. I offer therapy in English and Russian and am especially passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, mood-related concerns, and cultural identity. I take time to understand the cultural context you live in and adapt my work to honor your perspectives, strengths, and ways of relating. When helpful, I incorporate play and art practices into therapy, creating a space that feels safe, engaging, and inviting for children to express themselves freely. Whether I work with you, your child, or both, my goal is to help your family communicate more effectively, reduce tension, and strengthen bonds.
