After being told that they were taking new patients, and after calling my insurance company to list them as my dentist, I got an appointment a month and a half away. Just to be contacted 2 days before my appointment, which was supposed to be 12/08/16, and be told they made a mistake and weren't taking new patients, and that if I came in, I would have to pay out of pocket. Very unprofessional.
