Will not see you unless you have a referral from your primary, even if your insurance plan does not require it. This is so normal about the Cleveland Clinic, focus on making money first, asking to go through extra procedures in their system before service can be rendered. Cleveland Clinic must be sued and be gone. Ridiculous, they will take over geographical area, buy out all the doctors and then dictate extra procedures to maximize their profits.
