I have an appointment this morning at 8am. I was there early, and the clinic is closed. I emailed, texted and called their number at 8am. I got hold of someone which eventually told me that she will arrive in 5 minutes so I waited. I got another call from her later on and she said she will be there in another 5-7 minutes. 7 minutes had passed, 8:22am at this point, and she is still not there so I left. This is so not acceptable. I woke up early for this appointment and I really need this appointment. I am beyond disappointed.
