I have been a patient for a few years and a few years to long. first of all they have the worst front desk people imaginable. rude beyond words!  Then there were a few times I had called in extreme situations needing a dr and meds and called on a Fri at 9 am and they couldn't even get me in to see anyone cause not one dr. was there and on top of that I was told no meds would be called in til I was seen and no available appts were open til a week later. not sure why she said no meds would be called in with out being seen cause they had done it plenty of times in the past so that was a lie.  the dr. never could remember me either. .at least look at my chart before you come in so you know my name. I wouldn't go back there if you paid me.
