The staff was very friendly and periodically checked on me, provided updates and seemed concerned for my overall well being. However, my first and only appointment with Dr. Austin was very uncomfortable. He seemed dry and unapproachable especially after I mentioned I have a male partner the whole atmosphere shifted. After a few minutes all I wanted to do was get up and walk out. His approach was off-putting and I would never suggest him for anyone in the LGBTQ+ community or anyone else for that matter.
