! I called to make an appointment and the receptionist told me they hadn't heard of my insurance. I called my insurance to check since I had found the number from their provider search. I called the dr back to tell them they are in fact an in network provider and my insurance company told me you could call the number to confirm. She said she doesn't do that but I could call billing. I called billing and they said they do accept my insurance and they'd send the office an internal message. I called the office back and said they were sending an internal message and that it is accepted. She told me she would have to wait to get the message and call me back. I asked for a manager. The next woman (the wife) told me their office is not a good fit. I told her she lost business because the receptionist doesn't know which insurance companies are accepted. She told me they have thousands of patients they weren't worried about it. I asked for and she said we don't have managers here my husband and I own this business. She ended with hanging up on me!
