Staff answered the phone in a very rude manner.  She stated she was busy and would call back.  Never asked for a number so when I started giving it to her she started scrambling for paper and a pen.  Then she hung up without saying she would call back or saying goodbye.  I definitely would not want to deal with this doctor or his staff.
