I've been dealing with this office since last year. They put me on Gabapentin and never followed up. I finally was able to get in to see a nurse practitioners in April. When I got there they told me I needed to pay a membership fee and that was part of a new policy. I told them I did not want to pay any additional membership fees and to refer me to a doctor that didn't charge membership fees. I did see the nurse practitioner and she put in a request for an MRI (I'm in massive pain). They never called or refer me to anyone. I called them last week and left a message, no one ever picks up. It's basically impossible to get a person on the phone. They finally called me back and told me they could not put in the request for the MRI since I was not going to follow up with them. I guess I was being punished since I didn't want to pay the additional fees they charge, fees that are outside of the insurance agreement. Aetna approved the MRI, all they needed to do is put in the order so I could take the MRI to the new provider and not waste MORE TIME!

I've never in my life given a bad review to a doctor, I understand it's a hard job. These people are negligent. Hope this saves someone else from having to go through this.
