The office staff was awful. They could not give me any information about insurance what so ever. I called back 5 or 6 times trying to figure out how much I needed to pay for my copay. We were not given any follow up instructions after the surgery except told he had stitches. My son called because he got a dry socket. He tried to get in around his college class schedule and the would not him. He had no follow up appointments. They would not see him back. They had washed their hands of him. I had never been treated this way by any doctor's office.
