Dr Lane is very thorough in her medical discussion of my condition. She listens well and provides the plan of care with excellent follow up. However the nurse practicioner leaves much to be desired. He treats me as if I have just been diagnosis with the medical condition that i have had for over half my life. Time would be better spent with Dr Lane and planning as a team rather than with the ARNP telling me standardized responses, he also was late to my appt and was made at me for it!
