Called in as a potential new member on July 2nd, 2020 at 3:30 PM. I wanted to schedule a second opinion on possibly needing a crown, root canal, and another procedure. I asked if the front desk staff member can verify if my insurance is accepted as I am a little confused with which card I should present. She instructed that I call the insurance company myself. If a front desk person does that I immediately cancel the appointment because that means they're lazy. I know many people who work for doctors' offices and it's their job to check insurance, not mine. The insurance companies give patients the run around. This isn't my first rodeo. As a result of this I will not be going to this doctor.
