Nice bedside manner.  Explained the procedure thoroughly and answered any questions I had.  Extracted the Basel Carcinoma cells in one cut.

I was quoted a price for laser treatment that included two treatments.  I called ahead to see if my second treatment was still included since some months had passed since first treatment.  I was told "yes" and it was  noted in my file however, he refused to stand by that quote and charged me the full amount all over again.  Arrogant.   Will never go back to see him again!
