Dr. Kockler was phenomenal! She seen both of my sick kids and was so great with them and explaining everything to me like the difference between regular pneumonia and walking pneumonia. From my questions and her explanations, I was able to learn some new things that was very interesting (especially since I'm going back for my RN). Dr. Kockler was just phenomenal, from being very educated, to great bedside manner, and just being the sweetest! I think doctors and other providers with similar bedside manner such as hers, makes a huge difference for the patient(s) and the family members.
