Was asked to make a followup appt 5 days after an urgent care visit. I was still in severe pain and needed to refill a pain prescription medicine. Left a message at Sutherland's office in the morning, no return call by the afternoon, called again an hour before they closed and received their after hours recording. Called again the next morning and was informed she would not renew the prescription without an appt. and the next available appointment was 5 days later. Receptionist said she would request an answer from Dr. Sutherland on possible refill and they would call me back that day with an answer. 24 hours later still waiting for the phone call. Very poor client service.
