Dr. Jodoin now charges membership fees for you to be his patient. I was told by office staff that he offers 2 tiers.
Tier 1:  $3500.00 per year
Tier 2:  $1500.00 per year

These "membership fees" are just to be able to schedule appointments and be seen. He will still charge your insurance for the visit and procedure and you will still pay insurance copays. I found this out when I switched from an HMO to a PPO. If you have an HMO you should be fine and not have to "join" his patient club.
