After a couple of ER visits, I made an appointment with Dr. Ingersoll. It was very obvious that I was dealing with some health issues and the entire staff was very nice to me. Dr Ingersoll took the time to talk to me about what I was going through. He then reviewed my laps from the hospital, very thoroughly. Once completed, he ensured me that we would get answers, but it wasn't going to happen overnight. I appreciated that. He ordered labs, had his team get referrals for other doctors to address my medical case. I feel like he definitely advocated for me. Thanks to Dr. Ingersoll, I am on the road to recovery, Dr. Ingersoll and his entire staff are very kind and compassionate. They are not dismissive and will advocate for you. They are great at follow-up calls and will answer all of your questions. I wish I could give higher than 5 Stars!
